Challenge:

Pop singer Jennifer Paige came to Vman Design with a problem... her website had a flash introduction from a previous designer, but she needed to be able to change the navigation links. Once a flash movie is created, you need the original flash file to make changes. We did not have access to this file so I'd have to find a solution on my own. Another problem was the top-menu links on each page needed to be changed and content updated on each page.

Solution:

I recreated the entire flash navigation animation and menu from scratch; carefully reconstructing the look and feel of the original in order to be able to make changes. The result being an imperceptable change in the flash component of the site.

I also made changes to the original header and navigational links in order to update them for the site's current needs. This involved rebuilding the entire top section of the site with new replacement images from scratch that matched the previous style and set-up.

I finally created a brand new "bio" page, a brand new photo gallery, cleaned up and updated the video and links pages, and added new music to the player and "music" page.
